Monarch Luxscapes is a landscaping company serving Utah County. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use this website, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to quote and do the work, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote — by form, call, or text — we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, city, and what you tell us about your project and property. If you call or text (208) 497-7244, we keep the conversation history so we can pick up where we left off.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule your free quote, prepare that quote, and do the work you hire us for. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your number, we'll use it to reply about your quote and to coordinate scheduled work. We only text about your project — no marketing blasts. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that make the business run — such as the systems that host this website, handle our phone line, and process forms — and only what they need to do their job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use it — pages visited, general location, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.
Retention and your choices
