The Utah County landscaperbehind the name.
Monarch Luxscapes is a design-and-build landscaping company in Utah County, founded in 2026 by Mackenzie Deacon — named after something that earns its title.

Landscaping has a “good enough” problem.
Sod laid over bad grading. Sprinkler zones that soak the sidewalk. Paver patios that heave by the second winter. Mackenzie started Monarch because most of what's wrong with yards isn't bad luck — it's corners cut where nobody looks.
So we do it the slow way: measured plans, fixed quotes, and the same standard from the first walk-through to the final sweep of the patio.
Four things we don't negotiate.
Built on grade
The invisible work — grading, base, drainage — done right, because it decides how everything above it ages.
Fixed quotes
A scaled plan and a written number before we dig. The price doesn’t drift after the handshake.
No handoffs
The company that designs your yard is the one that builds it. Nothing gets lost between trades.
Signed off
Mackenzie walks every finished yard before we call it done. If it wouldn’t carry the name, it isn’t finished.

Meet us in your yard.
A free quote means a walk of the property, a scaled plan, and a fixed number — usually within the week.
